6月18日孙悦在波士顿参加了凯尔特人队的试训，与他一同试训的还有堪萨斯大学前锋茱利安-耐特和后卫凯斯-西蒙斯。今天他将继续在该队试训，与他一起试训的还有乔治-卡尔的儿子考比-卡尔，鲍比-布朗、特里-托马斯、维尔蒙特等。本来参加试训的还有马里兰大学的迈克-琼斯，不过这位前锋在国王试训时受伤了。
美国时间6月13日，孙悦在奥克兰完成了勇士队的试训，并且在投篮测试、对抗训练中都表现得不错，一同参与试训的球员有Aaron Brooks、Lee Humphrey和Nate Funk。
此前由于连续长途飞行导致了身体疲劳和感冒，孙悦在结束勇士队试训后，将在洛山矶稍作休息，再转战东部的两个球队。来源:[hoopCHINA]

There wouldn’t appear to be a better player to become the next Phoenix Sun than a youngster who shares the same name. At least that’s what China’s Sun Yue was trying to prove during his pre-draft workout in Phoenix on Monday.
The versatile 6-9 guard/forward has drawn a number of comparisons to current Phoenix Sun Boris Diaw, and hopes now to follow in the 2006 Most Improved Player’s footsteps. Like Diaw, Yue appears to be at an unusual height for his position and handles the ball much better than most his size.

While he appears to lack experience in terms of a collegiate career, Yue has played in the Asian Championships in Qatar in 2005, and in the 2006 FIBA World Championships in Japan. With a pass first, shoot second mentality and an ability to shoot consistently well beyond the three-point arc, Yue in many ways appears a solid fit for this Phoenix Suns team.

Suns.com caught up with the big man following his workout on Monday and asked him, among other things, his impressions of the day.

Suns.com: How satisfied are you with the way you performed here today?

Sun Yue: I don’t feel I did well. It was a long flight for me and during the workout I began cramping up a little bit.

Suns.com: Playing overseas, not a lot of people are familiar with your game. How would you describe it?

Yue: When I started playing basketball I started playing at the one position, but at the Orlando camps they moved me around a little bit. So I’ve got to learn to get comfortable with that. In Phoenix they don’t seem to have strict positions, they all play a lot like the one position.

Suns.com: You’ve drawn comparisons to Boris Diaw. Do you see similarities in your games?

Yue: I think we both play with our heads and are a size which allows us to play many positions. I think I like to play outside a little bit more than he does because I don’t have as big a body.

Suns.com: How often have you gotten to watch this Suns team while overseas?

Yue: A few times during the season, a lot more during the playoffs. They’re definitely a good team with a lot of good players.

在hoopshype公布的这份试训名单中，今夏选秀的热门奥登和杜兰特分别将于6月21日和6月23日前往开拓者队参加训练营。但是另外一名中国球员易建联的名单并没有出现在这份名单中，很有可能，易建联的经纪人想继续保持易建联的神秘感，或者易建联已经和一支球队达成协议。

An NBA assistant coach told Basketball News he believes "there will be at least 10 players who get drafted" from the NBA's Pre-Draft Camp in Orlando. He went on to say that somewhere between 3-5 of those players will go on to have very fruitful and enduring NBA careers.
In that spirit, each member of the Basketball News team on the ground in Orlando decided to create their own lists of who will make it in the league.
Travis Heath's take:
The Top 10
Sammy Mejia - He was very good offensively all week long. He showed a knack for getting to the hole, and although he turned the ball over a little too much, the offensive prowess he demonstrated should get him a long look from at least a couple of NBA clubs.
Jamaal Tatum - This kid was perhaps the best guard in Orlando. He showed the ability to shoot the ball outside and get to the rim. He was also scrappy on the defensive end of the floor.
Aaron Gray - There's no doubt Gray struggled as the pace of the game increased. However, the kid's a legitimate 7-footer who knows how to score in the block.
Taurean Green - With the camp being held in Central Florida, Green got more than his fair share of media attention... not all of it deserved. That said, he was one of the better guards in camp and improved as the camp progressed.
James Mays - He showed the ability to defend and clean the glass and don't think scouts didn't take notice. Combine those skills with his hardnosed style of play and it's no surprise scouts were talking about him as a solid second round pick.
Jared Dudley - Tough is the first word that comes to mind when watching Dudley. He can run, shoot from any spot on the floor and defend. While he's not spectacular at any one thing, he does almost everything at an average level or above.
ReyShawn Terry - While not overwhelming, Terry proved to be one of the better players in Orlando. He exhibited a fairly high basketball I.Q. He also demonstrated he's capable of being a two-way player at the NBA level.
Sun Yue - The young man from China was steady and consistent all week. He didn't wow anyone with his skill set, but he showed he's a smart player who won't make many mistakes. His international style and understanding of the game makes him a safe second round pick for a team looking for a guy who could develop into a solid NBA role player.
Aaron Brooks - This kid is quick... real quick. One scout said: "He can get into the paint whenever he wants to." This is a quality GM's ultimately won't overlook even though Brooks will need to improve his decision making at the NBA level.
Dominic James - He's an amazing athlete, the best at the point guard position in Orlando. In fact, he told me on Wednesday his vertical leap has been measured at over 40 inches on more than one occasion. He's not 100% NBA ready right now, but he's the type of athlete who draws the attention of scouts. Remember how the stock of Gulliermo Diaz -- draft by the Clippers in 2006-- rose last season because of his athleticism? Expect the same thing to happen with James.

My conversation with Sun Yue at the Annual NBA Pre-Draft camp in Orlando, FL

I sat down with the somewhat unknown player from China; we tackled some of the pressing questions regarding his play. Surprisingly, Sun's English is better then expected as the better half of our conversation was in English. I started by getting some of the background questions out of the way, Sun told me that he had been playing organized and professional basketball since the age of 9, he is an only child, son to a father who is 6'2 and a mother who is 6'0 tall, relatively shorter then his lanky 6'9 frame, who possesses a wingspan of a 7 footer.
When asked about his tendency to dribble high thus making him prone to getting the ball stolen, Sun scoffed and said “I am strong enough to protect the ball, everyone always says I have a high dribble, this does not affect my play, it is very hard to steal the ball from me.”
Sun admits to needing some development and work, but also says he is a true PG, even at 6'9, that he looks to get others involved before scoring on his own. As reported earlier, Sun has opened many eyes at the Pre-Draft camp, and now looks like a lock to be mid-lower 2nd round pick, making a team will be another challenge, one that this 22 year old relishes. It remains to be seen whether or not Sun Yue will be successful at the next level, but if history is any indication, his time in the league could be "MAGICAL."

我還沒看過他的比賽, 只聽過有教練說孫悅的高度(聽說有200cm)和靈活性會是亞洲各國後衛的夢魘...

大部份的事情並不像表面看起來那麼單純，而人活著， 也不一定總是能夠自由自在低選擇自己喜愛的...

孫悅幾年前來台灣
我就覺得她條件很好
如果以籃子是可以練的想法
他第二輪被選是有可能的
他的優勢是彈跳能力與具傳球意識
放小前鋒也可以
放控球萬一培養起來
未來中國國家隊可能會強到世界八強
甚至四強
他應該要更敢跳投
希望他苦練在苦練

这个说大了，除了经验，他和当年参选时的利文斯顿比几乎都没有优势；
我有一直关注孙猴子的；他的天赋非常好；身体和意识都是上乘的；
他的一些优势有：他在国家队是破全场紧逼最好的球员；传球和防守都不错；良好的盖帽手；还有就是他在场下对球迷的态度是很好的：）
最大的缺点是没有篮子，奇怪的是最近这几天训练营里都说他投篮不错？
对这次训练营，他自己的看法就是想冲进1轮
现在普遍的看法就是，他值得2轮中段或者尾段被选中，现在暂时不具备NBA实力，但有可能培养成为“MAGICAL”表现的球员
我自己的看法就是孙悦还没有发挥出自己真正的潜力~~~~他将来会是一个了不起的球员
还有，孙悦的年龄是基本被认为没有虚假的

怎麼沒有優勢呢
李文斯頓矮了他2吋
差30磅
防守更爛
而且運動能力在nba後衛跟控球來說是很差的一群
他的速度不快 沒有第一步爆發力
移動跟反應也不算好
彈性比隊上中鋒卡曼還差
優點只是彈速快跟靈活性佳而已
孫悅在控球是比不上
在前鋒位置卻勝過他

最大的缺点是没有篮子，奇怪的是最近这几天训练营里都说他投篮不错？
這不意外,連當年信安在國王的熱身賽是被當有籃子的射手的....... 普遍來說,歐亞的球員,籃子再爛都比美國或非洲的球員好,所以孫悅跟那些美國本土的球員相較,籃子是好多了......
新球季新希望:所有被我選進FB的球員,健康打完這季,別跟去年一樣,有60%掛點> <11/7 update 魔咒似乎還在,四人掛點一人冰凍中....amare...我有六隊有選到你勒.....

如果孫悅不會在前46位中選的話，那麽孫悅或許有可能會在第47位被華盛頓選中，與Arenas（阿裏納斯）結緣。
孫悅是有機會進入NBA的：
1、籃球正在成爲中國的第一運動，如果考慮所有年齡結構人口來看，籃球只排在乒乓球、足球之後是中國第三影響力運動。但是如果你從30歲以下的人的角度，或者你從中學生的角度來看，籃球影響力遠遠超過其他運動。從長遠來看，籃球運動的擴張力遠遠超過其他體育運動。
2、孫悅本人的實力如何？相信很多球迷都有瞭解。如果讓大家給一個真實的判斷的話，相信大多數球迷都認爲目前的孫悅還不具備進入NBA的實力。可能有朋友會講：如果孫悅可以依靠市場來進入NBA的話，那麽爲什麽巴特爾不可以繼續待在NBA？ 那麽大憤反問這位朋友一句：你現在更多的看當紅藝人？還是更多的看過氣藝人？當紅藝人的“唱工”就一定比過氣藝人好嗎？ 巴特爾回NBA，這個抄作點已經很難提起大衆球迷的興趣了，反而新鮮的孫悅卻是一個新的刺激點。而且不可忽略的是：巴特爾的速度慢，在NBA上場，會有與NBA氣氛脫節的感覺。而孫悅雖然目前能力有限，但是他上場的話，表面上看起來似乎漏洞不如巴特爾大（或許事實上是很大很大）。NBA早就在擔憂，他們不喜歡看到中國球迷只是火箭球迷這一無奈的現象。所以他們要推出易建聯、孫悅。相比於多元化的西方人，中國人似乎更加的“愛國”，愛從中國走出來的“明星”。
3、中國大陸經以每年10%的速度高速增長，中國2006年經濟總量已居世界第四（不含香港、澳門）。不出意外的話，中國將在2007年這一年裏超過德國，成爲世界第三大經濟體。中國2006年國民生產總值爲2.73萬億美元（209407億人民幣），德國2006年GDP爲2.85萬億美元。 一個國家的市場大小最重要的一個因素就是這個國家的經濟總量。而中國具備了這個條件。
孫悅去了華盛頓，那麽巫師會在中國有多火？這個還難以預料，不過這個佈局早就在開始了。
CCTV5播放孫悅的專題片，這決不是給美國人看的，這是給中國人的看的，給那些不熟悉孫悅的球迷看的，是要來一下預熱，因爲明年就是抄作巫師的時候。
Arenas的故事更符合一種精神，因爲大多數普通人心中都有爲“草民通過努力拼搏出人頭地”而感動的潛意識。
孫悅就要在Arenas大哥帶領下征戰NBA。這種兄弟義氣又是一個抄作市場的刺激點。類似于當初的拂郎西斯之于姚明。但是不同的在於，速度慢的姚明的陣地戰風格不適合機動戰的拂郎西斯。而速度靈活性身高都符合NBA風格的孫悅則會長久的成爲Arenas“大哥”身邊的小弟。
明年的這個時候，Arenas會在中國有多紅？大憤認爲決不在火箭麥迪之下，甚至會尤有過之。
如果孫悅最終沒能進NBA，那麽只證明兩件事：
1、 我是在胡扯
2 、 進NBA還是講實力的
