灰熊出Marreese Speights+Josh Selby+Wayne Ellington+二輪選秀權 騎士出Jon Leuer+TE(用薪資空間直接收人) Speights(420萬-451萬),Ellington(208萬)都有一定戰力騎士當然有賺,但透過這交易灰熊約可省下628萬+451萬

Memphis would send Marreese Speights, Wayne Ellington and Josh Selby to Cleveland for Jon Leuer to slice more than $6 million off their payroll and get under the luxury tax threshold.
The Grizzlies would send big man Marreese Speights, guard Wayne Ellington and guard Josh Selby to the Cavs for big man Jon Leuer. Cleveland would also receive a future first-round draft pick in the deal. Reducing payroll both short- and long-term has been a goal of the new Grizzlies ownership and led to other trade talks involving Rudy Gay andZach Randolph over the past several weeks. Speights averages 6.5 points and 4.7 rebounds as a key big man off the bench for the Grizzlies but makes $4.2 million this season and has a player option at $4.5 million for next season. The Grizzlies owe Gay, Randolph and Marc Gasol nearly $50 million alone next year. Ellington is averaging 5.5 points in 40 games off the bench for the Grizzlies (26-14), who stand fourth in the Western Conference and second in the Southwest, five games behind the San Antonio Spurs. The Cavs were able to make the deal because they had more than $10 million in cap space in which to absorb Speights. That would likely mean the Grizzlies would receive a trade exception of more than $6 million that would be good for a year. Selby has only played in 10 games this season, averaging two points. Leuer has played in nine games, averaging 2.4 points.

我知道現在灰熊的薪資一定得動手腳，但沒想到是這樣的方法.... 但這對戰力的影響還蠻大的，Speights離開之後，雖然仍有類型相似的Arthur 但Arthur耐戰力我保持懷疑，經驗也沒有Speights來得佳 另外Ellington是灰熊僅有的外線火力，現在還換出去，只能說外線更慘了 至於Selby聽說他在夏季聯盟打得虎虎生風 近期也表示希望有上場時間展現自己，去騎士說不定是個好機會 不過，灰熊的板凳已經夠薄弱了，現在還要再削弱板凳 這是不是說，接下來肯定還有動作，今年大概只想季後賽過過水吧？

如果這則新聞是真的,那麼灰熊跟拓荒者有的拚,板凳弱到不行,只能靠先發撐場.
還是快去物色一些便宜好用的球員吧!我知道很多如Gomes和Kapono,甚至是Jamario Moon等不錯的2-3號位置球員都還乏人問津,所以,積極點吧!除非灰熊不想拿冠軍.

Sasha簽得不錯，身手沒退步的話、外線會比Ellington來得穩定 Ellington大概就是這樣了、身高不高、外線準起來很猛，未來變典型浪人射手 West和Walker當然一樣是外線考量，反正是底薪，出問題也不心疼 只是 Bayless的定位又該怎麼辦?唉，難道他真的練不起來嗎?
放走Speights可能還是最大的問題，這兩季軟豆腐有點痛痛 Speights的重要性不是說能取代就能取代的。

個人覺得這項交易騎士大賺 騎士高層現在是走雷霆/火箭的重建路線 除了控制團隊薪資之外 不斷累積選秀權 這項交易最甜的部分就是灰熊給騎士的首輪籤 "The pick is the most valuable part of the deal for the Cavs. In 2015 or 2016, if the Grizzlies' first-rounder falls between picks 6-14, the pick goes to the Cavs. Starting in 2017, if the Grizzlies' pick falls outside the top five, the Cavs then get the selection. In 2019, the pick becomes unprotected. 提到Sasha Vujaci 我會想到他冠軍戰守Ray Allen那一段...希望他不要重溫噩夢才好 灰熊此舉把團隊薪資壓在豪華稅下了 Gay應該可以安穩打球 但作為灰熊的球迷應該不好受.. 不知道這樣的話 會影響到隔壁同是頭段班的快艇交易的想法嗎? Bledsoe?
看到球隊的小小成長 這是屬於球迷的小小幸福

Sasha Vujacic, Delonte West, Bill Walker這三個都還沒簽約吧 灰熊原本有兩個空缺 其中一個已經給了NBDL的射手Chris Johnson (不是灰狼剛簽下的中鋒) 應該是用用看能不能頂上Willington留下的缺 剩下那個我想應該會由West補上 灰熊教練Lionel Hollions跟Doc Rivers一樣都是受球員愛載的players coach 要駕馭West的情緒問題 雖然令人頭痛可是應該還OK 另外有一點很有趣的是 ESPN Insider原本的分析師之一John Hollinger 上星期才加入灰熊制服組 這星期就把2011梯出身 在他眼裡評價很高Jon Leuer給換來 現在就看看Leuer能不能打出如在公鹿菜鳥球季的身手來報答這個"伯樂"的慧眼

Leuer在公鹿的第一年打的蠻有水準的 不過灰熊的練人能力實在是不怎麼可靠 但如果練出來起碼不會根Arthur重疊到
