I understand timberwolves need another big to support big Al.  However, I don't think Brook Lopez would be the guy.  It is very possible to have him turn out to be a bust just like many other white bigs. Among these younger players besides Beasley and Rose, OJ Mayo has most star potentials.  It is possible shop for one to fit our need in free agency.

With an organization like the timberwolves, we desperately need someone like Mayo to save us from sorrow and to give us hope.  While McCants is best suited as a sixth man, it would be wise to put Mayo on the startling lineup to pair up with Foye. 

It's probably true that OJ Mayo took gifts or cash from agents during his time in high school.  But it doesnt make Mayo the bad guy, unless someone can demonstrate an example for me.

It has rumored that Miami might want to take Mayo over Rose since Mayo is a better shooter.  With D Wade already established himself as a slasher, does Miami really need another slasher to its backcourt?  I understand Rose is a big time talent, but picking Mayo for them wouldn't be so bad either for them.
