Taiwan training system and Stadium are too bad.

Players will get injured easily. When they play good, then will go to TV.

I will say Taiwan government provide full basketball scholarship for High school students.(about 40k USD/year)

Sending good players to NCAA D I schools.( 300+ schools, there should be some schools want them)

 Just like 80,90s Foreign players to NBA.

 The players must at least join Taiwan national team 4 times in his carrier.
