    SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs announced today that they have waived guard/forward James White.

    White joined the Spurs as a free agent on November 3, 2006. He appeared in six games, averaging 8.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in 22.8 minutes per game. The former University of Cincinnati Bearcat made his NBA debut on March 26 at Golden State where he finished with nine points and three rebounds in 15 minutes.

    White spent part of the season with Austin Toros of the NBA Development League where he saw action in 15 games, averaging 16.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists.

    James White應該還是有他的價值吧!

    真可惜indeed...

     White的體能條件真的很好. 之前在NCAA 06的灌籃大賽(註: 比這一兩年的NBA灌籃大賽都要來的好看, 有興趣的人可以去youtube找) 很搶眼.  希望有其他球隊能夠有給他表現的機會.

    然後下一季用 Nash + James White = Super  James White  去打馬刺

    不用講的好像每個棄將或自由球員都去Suns然後在下季打馬刺吧!

    太陽並不需要特別針對馬刺來補強,而是針對自己的陣容來考量會比較好,

    而J. White體能是很強,但也就僅止於此,真不知道他這樣的球風可以打多久?

    他去太陽也只是當替補,而且會是替補中的替補,就跟Burke差不多....

    不然回溜馬吧

    不過好像不太可能 當初是用三個第二輪的選秀換來的

    結果訓練營結束後 竟然把他拋棄了

    選的是Greene 結果上季表現的也不好 今年也拋棄了

    如果因我的祈求，就能使人得救......
    如果因我的哭泣，就能讓別人不再流淚的話...
    無論會承受多少痛苦，我都願意......

    好像大家對他的印象都只是灌籃而已，

    他在NBA也沒有﹝也沒機會﹞表現除灌籃以外的球技，

    James 應該希望大家忘了他只能灌籃這印象吧

    他除了灌籃還有什麼長才嗎?!絕對不只吧!?

    真的不認為這樣的體能會沒有出頭天啊!!

    馬刺認為James White在夏季聯賽的表現，沒能表現出夏季聯賽的強度，雖然運動能力出色，但在內線對抗下的攻守都表現不佳，看不到他表現出自己的進步，所以馬刺選擇在8月1日之前裁掉James White，James White糟糕的表現讓自己連10K的薪資都領不到。

    雖然馬刺會裁掉James White，可能還有另一個醞釀中的原因。

    雖然馬刺會裁掉James White，可能還有另一個醞釀中的原因。
     

    是指意圖弄來包大叔接班人Udoka嗎？
