既然下午呼喚官方的聯盟的毫無回復，那我就斗膽在這裡自己籌建一個
長期的RoundBallCity Fantasy League。
除了Max Moves改爲36，沿用的都是Head to Head默認的設置，大家如果有何建議都請提出來出來。
基本定為12隊，因爲人多的話live draft實在好痛苦。真會有人熱烈響應的話再繼續追加隊伍好了。
Live Draft即是北京時間10.7上午10：30，請盡量安排出席，我覺得fantasy最大的魅力之処即是它的live draft,真的有自己做經理的感覺。
