Last year, we didn't have any player in this category. This category is usually reserved for guys who are sure-fire All-Stars or "franchise" players. Since 2009, only Griffin, John Wall and Davis have been ranked in this slot. This year, there are three players in Tier 1 -- as many as there have been in the last five years combined. All of them received Tier 1 votes from every GM, exec and scout I surveyed. So if there is any consensus out there, it's that there are three really great prizes in this year's draft.

Last year, Tier 2 also was empty for the first time since I've been doing this column. That should tell you something about how poorly regarded last year's class was. Tier 2 is reserved for players who are projected as potential All-Stars by scouts. They are typical high lottery picks in a normal draft. In 2012, Bradley Beal, Harrison Barnes, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist all got the nod as Tier 2 players. In 2011, Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams were in this tier. This year, six players are here, which is a high number (as is the case with having three players in Tier 1). Two of these players -- Exum and Vonleh -- even got a couple of votes for Tier 1.

小弟想要Hayward是因為之前他並沒有和爵士順利續約的原因是價碼問題 

倘若現在有支球隊丟出起薪1200~1400萬的合約給Hayward的話

Hayward至少就我知道爵士沒有放他走的準備, 高層說一定留他, 準備match any offer...不過這種姿態是一定得做的, 免得謠言跟offer滿天飛

去年爵士爛到谷底, 主場球迷也流失不少, 勉強可以說先蹲後跳準備一年, 但如果一年坦完還要放走看板球員, 對球迷會很難交待; 並且爵士球隊總薪資偏低, MAX並不是付不起; 加上一直沒找McDermott來workout(當年爵士選完Hayward, Korver馬上就出去找工作了, McDermott今天也是這樣的指標), 我判斷match any offer是說真的

Hayward之前沒有和爵士順利續約的原因是價碼問題...這點是沒錯, 但那時爵士同時給Favors跟Hayward一樣的4年4690萬合約, Favors爽快的簽了, Hayward那邊卻表示"從MAX開始談起,可以減一點不過...", 爵士沒進一步談, 我想也是顧慮Favors的感受, 後來Hayward一直被R.Jefferson曉以大義: 有好地方打球, 一千萬就很多了...我想Ty走後他不滿的情緒已經減少, 之後可以留得住

 

pros：

1. 除了能 match any offer，能開最大合約的也只有母隊爵士

2. 留在鹽湖城，gordon hayward 能繼續當看板球星

3. 爵士想要留人

4. 最後一點也是最重要的一點，爵士換了教練

 

cons：

1. hayward 疑似在打包日「向球隊要求不要 match offer」，記者詢問後，hayward 沒有正面回應

2. 下半球季看到 hayward 的比賽狀況，感覺起來像上下班打卡，對輸贏已無感覺

3. hayward 在休息室似乎不太愉快，私底下跟其他隊友也沒什麼互動

我一直認為只有選 aaron gordon 會留下來自己用，其餘的人，爵士選了很可能都會交易掉

而目前 workouts 看的都是誰是 best available

爵士現在目標可能是極力先佈好局，以留下 gordon hawyard 為重

 

我的想法：爵士現在換了教練團等於硬體大提升，#5 就算吃虧選 gordon 甚至 mcdermott/ stauskas

樂觀一點來看，過個一兩季一樣有希望挑戰季後賽，而且薪資結構也算安全，不用擔心續約問題

The Celtics were very busy last week, holding workouts with Noah Vonleh, Aaron Gordon, Marcus Smart, Julius Randle, Gary Harris, Nik Stauksas and Doug McDermott, essentially everyone they would consider with the No. 6 pick.

I still believe that Vonleh, Gordon and Smart are the heavy favorites if Boston keeps the pick, with Gordon being the choice right now given the way we have the draft board playing out.

But I continue to get strong signals that the Celtics are trying hard to use pick No. 6 and 17 along with future No. 1s and young players such as Jared Sullinger or Kelly Olynyk to persuade the Minnesota Timberwolves to trade them Kevin Love. One source close to the Wolves said that while Flip Saunders does not want to trade Love, he realizes the team likely will lose him this summer and the package the Celtics are offering is probably the best he's going to get. Given the strength of the draft, picks 6, 13 and 17 could land them three young starters to help them rebuild their roster quickly.

但是現實面是用了大批的選秀權+潛力股換取LOVE的"一年"使用權 

個人認為安吉在沒有得到LOVE的續約保證下是不會這麼容易放掉這些得來不易的選秀權

LOVE方面很明顯的是有市無價,雖然檯面上很多球隊有興趣,但灰狼要的籌碼太苛刻

灰狼如果有能力得到LOVE先簽後換的保證,那這些籌碼都還有得談

現在LOVE的經紀團隊擺明了是沒有想要灰狼這些保證的意思,就是鐵了心要走

反正現在只要時間拖得愈久就對灰狼愈不利,在明年2月前才送走的話,那絕對是認賠殺出

就算LOVE是全明星PF, 要付出這麼多其實真心不值

尤其是在沒有得到續約保證的情況下... 

小弟心中最好的操作就是今年夏天選秀照選,培養半個賽季看看 

倘若明年2月交易截止日之前有球星能夠先簽後換的話,籌碼上也有更多可以運用

也就是按兵不動,等待最好的時機點 

除非選秀會上能用今年兩枚選秀籤向上換到更高的選秀權 

否則現在把幾年來好不容易拿到的前段位籤給送走...還是捨不得啊...

Kahn最大的問題就是總是下不了決定 做的決策都不三不四

目前的情勢來看,傷勢自然是真的 

經紀人已經出面說不再接受任何試訓,之後要馬上去開刀治療

倘若連傷勢這種都要放假消息,那我想Embiid之後的生崖會不太好過...

現在的他又不是什麼巨星級的球員就搞這套? 

還有沒有辦法達到那麼高的潛力都很難說呢... 

 

現在應該只有騎士方面有比較準確的體檢消息 

不過以現在確定要開刀這點,其他球隊就要好好思量了 

之前Randle被報導說要開刀就每次試訓都要澄清說自己沒問題?

人家在NCAA雖然不能說是大殺四方,但是在禁區也算是翻江倒海 

Embiid先是背傷不能打錦標賽,現在右腳又要開刀...他還沒打NBA呢... 

感覺這都是警訊阿... 

現在Draftexpress選秀網站也把他的順位降下來到第4順位...Exum已經超過他了...

Embiid是stress fracture(應力性骨折), stress fracture在NBA算常見, 腳非外力造成的骨折都通稱stress fracture, 重點是部位, 不要是膝蓋(Greg Oden)就還行

Joel Embiid目前說的是右腳舟骨...腳掌上的小骨頭, 一般人手術後8週可回復正常行走, 不過球員比一般人重, 而且不只行走還要激烈運動, 會不會變習慣性也多少有隱憂

爵士剛好有個球員是類似狀況: 2002年選秀18順位的Curtis Borchardt: Stanford出身的7呎中鋒, 魔術選完交易給爵士, 他的結果是新人球季整季休養, 之後倒沒什麼後遺症

目前只能猜啦, 反正手術完一定放消息: 8週復原10-12週可以上場--還得及開季, 這樣講選秀身價才不會掉太多, 選完後實際要休多久就再說了

目前看到的情報，這種手術要能上場打球，至少要4個月，通常要半年。復健時間與體重成正比，所以就直接幫Embiid抓個半年起跳吧。

順便脊椎也去打個鋼釘好了，一勞永逸。

這篇文章我也有看到 這也是我很好奇Harris跟Stauskas比起Beal的差別在哪

2012年Beal, MKG和Barnes都是Tier2 可是兩年下來只有Beal看起來有Tier2的水準(未來有機會進All Stars)

如果Harris跟Stauskus的評價還不及Beal 表示天花板只有到先發SG的潛力 拿兩個首輪去換似乎有點瘋狂

 

當然 如果公牛檯面上對Melo拋媚眼只是在放煙霧彈 私底下目標是Love的話 那就比較說得過去

金磚目前offer給灰狼的主要賣點是Farried + Wilson Chandler + No.11

公牛如果換到這個順位 給灰狼的deal應該是Boozer + Jimmy Butler + Nikola Mirotic + No.11 + 2015首輪(國王或騎士的)

如果灰狼要即戰力 則可以把Mirotic換成Gibson 灰狼再貼一個Corey Brewer(aka Noah的大學麻吉)來平衡薪資

這個offer不但比金磚的有說服力 比起勇士的Thompson + Lee + Barnes + 2019年首輪換Love + KMart也不差

(勇士到2018年之前都無法換走自家的首輪)
